My role at IZZI Telecom was to develop and execute strategies that drive sales in the field. I was focusing on supporting sales teams by providing them with tools, materials, and promotions designed to strengthen their value proposition and increase their effectiveness in acquiring customers.


Additionally, I did analyze the market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and designing targeted actions that help attract new customers, especially in key strategic areas. By leveraging data analysis and consumer insights, I did refine strategies to maximize their impact and improve conversion rates.


My approach combined creativity and analytics, ensuring that every field marketing initiative is effective, measurable, and aligned with the company’s business objectives. I did also collaborate with different departments to ensure clear communication and efficient execution of initiatives in the field, contributing to the brand’s growth and positioning in the market.
